　　矽太恒科基于i.MX515处理器的XTP-D901开发板是业界第一款MX515 TO3.0的开发板。

　　迄今为止，fsl向客户销售的开发板BBG2.5和别的公司的i.MX515开发板都是采用的MX515 TO2.0的cpu，而TO2.0芯片早已不在生产，目前能买到的都是TO3.0，TO3.0跟TO2.0有一些差别，bsp也不一样，用户如果用fsl的BBG2.5开发板或者用别的公司的i.MX515开发板来开发产品，以后还要花费不少时间在把软件移植到TO3.0的i.mx51芯片做的板子上，而XTP-D901是全球第一款采用TO3.0的开发板，现已经正式量产，并能正式向全球客户销售的 i.mx51开发板，采用TO3.0 的mx51 XTP-D901开发板能大大节省您的时间。

5) 开发板资料光盘一套；

7) Keypad键盘子板及驱动程序；

8) 摄像头模块(OV7725,30万像素)及驱动软件；

可选配件如下：

1) DVI/HDMI输出子板及驱动程序；

2) SDIO WiFi无线网卡及驱动程序；

3) USB WiFi无线网卡及驱动程序；

4) 3G module(TD-HSDPA/WCDMA/CDMA-EVDO)及驱动程序
